Located at 342 East 43rd St., The Cloister has been Jack Day's home for almost his entire working life. He leads a staff of seven, and they all pull together to tackle big projects.

In this video he explains the importance of replacing steam traps, and then installing Danfoss RA2000 thermostatic valves on all of multi-family building's radiators.

"By having the staff install it ourselves, we saved the hourly rate of a plumber. In addition the heat decreased, the apartments don't dry out, it prevents the paint from cracking and peeling, and we have less repairs."
